Depicted mummiform, with traces of gilding on the face, wearing a tripartite wig and broad collar with falcon-headed terminals, inscribed with hieroglyphic text on the back pillar and in a single column down the front with the offering formula to Osiris on behalf of a cleric in the cult of Hathor named...Min..., borne to the lady Ta-sha...; together with its separate wooden plinth painted with a palace facade design
