AN EASTERN MEDITERRANEAN CORE-FORMED GLASS AMPHORISKOS
Circa 2nd-Mid 1st Century B.C.
Dark green in color, appearing black, the conical body with sloping shoulders, a long cylindrical neck and inward-sloping rim-disk, with applied opaque white and red marvered threads attached at the rim and wound spirally along the body, tooled into a festoon pattern in the middle of the body, with transparent twin green vertical handles and a knob-base
