The domed side engraved with a woman, perhaps a Muse, nude but for a himation wrapped around her waist and legs, seated on a rock playing the lyre, the rock surmounted by a Doric column; the reverse re-worked in the 19th century with a ram protome above an oval containing a three-letter insignia, mounted as a fob in a gold setting with silver highlights
