The miniature shield of Argive type hammered and decorated in repousseé with a bust of Alexander-Helios, the divinized conqueror depicted wearing a chiton pinned on each shoulder, his long curling locks framing his face, with characteristic anastole, some tendrils falling to his shoulders, his head surmounted by nine rays, designating his attribution as the sun god, perforated in four places along the border for attachment
