The plain flat hoop expanding to the shoulders, with a raised circular bezel set with a carnelian ring stone, the bezel framed with a band of ribbon wire, the shoulders with a double volute of filigree highlighted with granulation, the ring stone engraved with a mask of Silenus, a fillet of ivy on his bald pate, a shepherd's staff below
