Each with natural staghorn grip, the first with hollow-ground blade etched with vine leaves on each side of the forte, the hilt with gilt-brass mounts cast in relief with scenes of the chase and with boar-head pommel, in leather-covered scabbard with cast gilt-brass mounts and later skinning knife; the second with straight tapering double-edged blade, iron-mounted hilt, and original iron-mounted leather scabbard with later skinning-knife; the third with etched and gilt blade, and later hilt, in leather-covered scabbard (defective); the last decorated with scenes of the chase and with iron-mounted scabbard
