With etched twist sighted barrels octagonal at the muzzle and breech, cut with eight grooves and signed and numbered repectively '1' and '2' on the top barrel, scroll engraved patent breeches and tangs, scroll engraved back-action locks, fluted figured walnut butts, and scroll engraved iron mounts including trigger-guards decorated respectively with a knight and a Janissary: in later lined and fitted brass-bound mahogany case with accessories
