TWO COMBINED WHEEL-LOCK SPANNERS AND TURNSCREWS

Each entirely of iron, with baluster stem flattened above the turnscrew into a pierced circular panel and fitted with a rotating ring for a suspension-eye (the eye missing from the first), the heads each with two apertures for spindles, that of the first cut with fluting and raised roped ribs
