With swamped tapering barrels each signed in silver letters on the sighting flat and chiselled in relief with a stag in a wooded landscape framed by rococo motifs, all on a punched ground, each breech with three gilt maker's stamps (Neue Støckel 654, and 7719 twice), silver fore-sights, chiselled tangs each incorporating the back-sight with two extra leaves, one of the leaves numbered respectively '1' and '2', flat bevelled locks each chiselled in relief with a stag and a hind in a wooded landscape on a punched ground, walnut full stocks inlaid with scrollwork in silver wire and carved in relief with scrolls and flowers at the barrel tang, chequered butts (repaired), gilt-bronze mounts cast and chased with rococo ornament in relief on a punched ground, silver escutcheons, set triggers, horn fore-end caps, and original horn-tipped ramrods
