The rectangular gilt-tooled later leather inset top above three frieze drawers each fitted with compartments inside and each with foliate mount, with leather-lined writing slides to each side, on columnar legs headed by engine turned capitals and cuffs, joined by an incurving undertier terminating in bun feet
