Provenance
This table is a reproduction of a console by Pierre Antoine Bellangé of circa 1817 for the Blue Room in the White House. The original table was rediscovered by Jacqueline Kennedy in the White House basement and was restored by Jansen in 1961. It had originally been made for President James Monroe.
