Frances (1779-1846) married Lindsey Merrick Burrell on 13 July 1807. She was the youngest daughter of James Daniell, Madras C.S., by his wife, Lucy. Their son, Peter Robert Burrell, succeeded as 5th Bt. and 4th Lord Gwydyr in 1870.
