A pair of cut-glass and gilt-metal-mounted two branch candelabra

The circular star-cut bases rising to octagonal-section step-cut supports issuing two gilt-metal flower, foliage and scroll-chased gilt-metal branches with palm-leaf terminals suspending rows of cut-glass drops and supporting fluted baluster cut-glass nozzles (perhaps composite, some drops replaced, some chipping)
