As with most connoisseurs he enjoys the great wines from the great years, however he is always willing to try something he has not had. Especially a great wine from a lesser vintage or a lesser producer from a great year. Now spending very little time in New York the decision has been made to sell up rather than ship.

Tasted 1999 Soft crisp nose, slightly cream infused. An amazingly soft and plush array of bubbles, really creamy texture with layers of yeast, almonds and butter, truly sublime Champagne, it simply doesn't get any better than this. DW
