Circa 1890, impressed TH DECK and with a roundel depicting his portrait in profile and further marks
Painted allover in colours with a naturalistical scene, one depicting a duck and its offspring, the other with a pair of great crested grebes between flowers, within a bronze mount with pierced pointed ornaments
