A Meissen porcelain two-handled floral covered Wochenterrine and saucer dish Circa 1745, marked with underglaze blue crossed swords, the saucer dish with Pressnummer 61
Gilt and painted in colours, the flattened bulbous body after a silver model moulded with the Alt-Brandenstein pattern in relief, decorated with sprays of Indianische Blumen flanked by tiny birds and insects, the body with scrolled handles, the domed cover with central boss decorated en suite applied with flowerbranch finial, the border with an arched opening for a spoon, the saucer dish with a central tied bouquet of Holzschnittblumen, further decorated en suite, the rims enhanced in gilt
