A Vienna porcelain gilt 'Four Seasons' ewer and stand
Circa 1880, probably Rädler & Pilz workshop, marked with a large Bindenschild in underglaze blue
The heavily gilt burgundy-red-ground urn-shaped body enhanced with scrolling foliage, with a central frieze depicting a multitude of putti at various pursuits, with generous spout and loop handle, the stand en suite with putti allegorical of the Four Seasons, the seasons inscribed in German underneath
