Second half 18th Century
The frame chanelled overall and carved with floral and foliate trails, the padded cartouche-shaped back, arms and serpentine fronted seat covered in floral needlework, the outscrolling arms with acanthus scroll terminals, above cabriole supports, the waved seat-rail above cabriole legs headed by two bust-trails terminating in toupie feet; And a pair of German white painted and parcel-gilt side chairs, conformingly upholstered, 19th Century, previously caned; All three chairs with losses to the decoration
