A GOLD AND ENAMEL QUARTER REPEATING OPEN FACED POCKET WATCH
Swiss, circa 1800.
full plate frosted gilt movement with cylinder escapement, plunge repeat, gilt hinged cuvette inscribed "Breguet & Fils", dial with Arabic numerals within white enamel cartouches, the centre decorated with a scene of a shepherd and shepherdess in a mountainous landscape, eccentric winding hole, blued steel hands, engraved case decorated with a sunburst in relief, diameter 56mm.
