the archaic-style vase decorated with a band of taotie masks above a further band of scrolling designs, the sides with dragon-head and loose-ring handles, the cover also with dragon-head and loose-ring handles with a central knop finial, on a carved wood stand and in a fitted silk-lined box -- 9 1/8in. (23.1cm.) high, (minor wear).
