The corniche case with white enamel Roman dial, blued steel spade hour hand (minute lacking), the twin barrel movement with gilt platform to lever escapement with cut bimetallic balance, strike/repeat on gong to back plate stamped for Richard and numbered 772 -- 5½in. (14cm.) high to hilt of handle
