The stepped top raised on four plain columns and the base with leaf cast gallery, with lanceolate leaf cast bezel to a gilt Roman chapter ring with radially decorated centre, blued steel moon hands, the single barrel movement with gridiron pendulum; on giltwood plinth and under glass dome (cracked), the clock -- 8 2/3in. (21.5cm.) high
