Circa 1770, blue crowned interlaced C mark
Modelled by Adam Bauer, she wearing a fur-trimmed green coat and iron-red flowered skirt, seated on a rockwork bench adjusting her skates, her companion standing on the snow in his skates, with a black hat, puce cloak, pale-blue coat tied with a yellow sash, yellow gloves and iron-red breeches, the gilt-edged rectangular base with canted corners and moulded with C-scrolls at the front

Adam Bauer studied under Pierre François Lejeune and became the
Court-Sculptor to the Duke of Württemberg. He worked at Ludwigsburg between about 1770 and 1775 before going on to work at Frankenthal as the chief modeller.
