Late 19th century, blue crossed swords marks incorporating the initials EC
With kneeling putto finials and ram's head handles, each painted with a vignette of figures merry-making outside an inn, the reverse with a flower-spray amongst scattered sprigs beneath basket-moulded sections and bands of stiff leaves
