FIRST EDITION, A SUPERB AND VERY RARE MONOGRAPH ON AUSTRIAN GRASSES, in the style of Jacquin's Viennese productions. The work was subsidized by the Hapsburg Emperor Francis I, who supported the opening of the botanical Garden near Belvedere, which Host directed for more than 30 years.
