Circa 1880
The case engraved overall with flower heads and leaves on a hatched ground, the quatrefoil base with internal ratchet winding system and hand-set and regulation to the side, foliate engraved handle, the concave gilt dial with engine-turned centre and black painted Roman chapters with blued steel fleur-de-lys hands, the single barrel three-quarter plate movement with three-arm steel balance to lever escapement
7in. (18cm.) diameter, 2½in. (6cm.) high
