A PAIR OF NYMPHENBURG CANDLESTICKS
Circa 1765, impressed Bavarian shield mark and the letter P and incised stroke mark to each, most probably from models by Johann Häringer,
The urn-shaped nozzles with waved rims, on baluster stems with domed circular bases, modelled in high relief with rococo scrolls, wave ornaments and foliage, the moulded decoration lightly enriched in blue, green, puce and iron-red, the circular footrims edged in gilt
