constructed from a pair of cotton trousers overlaid with panels of navy blue wool trade cloth, the front decorated with hide strips, sinew sewn and lane-stitched in translucent green, white-heart red, yellow and blue beads against a white beaded ground, each with a series of triangular motifs, the side flaps adorned with small circular mirrors, cowrie shells, ribbon pendants, and beaded circular motifs at bottom, edged in ivory binding tape and rust wool felt
