Tasting note: most recently, decanted 5.45pm, first noted at 7.15pm: deep, rich opaque core; earth and iron. By 8.45pm it was drinking well. Two hours later, the remains in my glass exuded a soft, rich mocha. Last tasted in June 2000. M.B.
