A Regence style ormolu-mounted bois satine and marquetry longcase clock,
Circa 1890,
Surmounted by a Father Time, the serpentine case inlaid overall with scrolling foliage and flowers, the top set with an enamelled dial with Roman and Arabic chapters and twin-train movement, inscribed A Paris/40 Rue de Pivo[?]/V. déposé, above a mask and and a framed cartouche window revealing the Apollo mask-cast pendulum, on hairy paw feet
