two etchings, 1924 and 1948, on laid paper and MBM, from the edition of 250 printed in 1925 and a proof apart from the edition of 368 respectively, both with wide margins, pale time staining, minor soiling and handling creases, (K. 39) with a ¼-in. loss and small abrasion at the upper left margin (abrasion extending approx. 1½-in. into the image), a few pale stains at the extreme margin edges, (C. 17) with remains of old tape at the reverse of the upper margin, otherwise both generally in good condition
