etching and drypoint, 1639, on laid paper with watermark dated 1747, the third (final) state, a stronger but later impression, trimmed within platemark and blank space below, a 1 x 1-in. restoration in upper left, a horizontal restoration in lower right, small tears, thinned spots, minor staining and soiling, otherwise generally in good condition
