Two Derby (Bloor) botanical plates
Circa 1815, each with iron-red circular printed mark
En suite to the preceding and probably made as later replacements or additions to the earlier part of the service, each with moulded lobed rim enriched in gilding with lily-of-the-valley, the centres each painted with a specimen flower, the first with a laburnum spray with yellow flowers on a green and brown stalk, named Laburnum in blue to the reverse, the second with a pelargonium with small bright-pink flowers and buds and serrated leaves on a pink stalk, named Cranes Bill in blue to the reverse (slight flaking to enamels and very slight wear to gilding)
