Circa 1775-80, perhaps Sèvres, script inventory marks S.121. and S.171. in black
The King in profile to the right with his hair en queue, the Queen in profile to the left with her hair tied up (Louis with a small firing crack above his head and small piece of charcoal trapped in porcelain, the Queen with small firing fault to left of portrait), sold with a later circular gilt-metal frame with a ring for suspension
