Circa 1725, Dreher's mark
Of compressed baluster form with a partly gilt scroll handle and faceted spout, gilt at Augsburg by Abraham Seuter with Orientals at discussion, taking tea on terraces with fences, exotic trees, flowering shrubs and birds in flight, on interlocking scroll supports, the rims with gilt bands, the cover similarly gilt with three birds each perched on a branch (chips to footrim of teapot and inside rim of cover, slight wear to gilding)
