A Swiss ebony and brass line inlaid small striking and repeating carriage clock

The rectangular case with brass handle to the top above bevelled viewing glass, solid sides and rear door, on a moulded base, the white enamel Roman dial with blued steel trefoil hands and signed 'AUBERT & KLAFTENBERGER/GENEVE', the twin barrel movement with gilt platform to plain lever balance, strike/repeat on bell to the back plate with repeat signature, case stamped '82' to underside -- 5¼in. (13.5cm.) high to hilt of handle
