Each with a verde antico veneered marble top above a plain frieze on reeded entasised column legs with tapering feet, one inscribed in pencil 'flick'

The pair of marble-topped pier-tables, with robust Grecian reeded-columnar frames, are likely to have been supplied en suite with the fashionable rosewood drawing-room furnishings supplied for the Beresford family at Gillingham Hall, Norfolk in the early 19th Century.
