The bowl with maker's mark of Pieter van Somerwil I, Amsterdam, 1718-1734; the other's apparently unmarked, The Netherlands, 18th Century
Comprising: a bowl on plain circular footrim and two handles; a plain square sulphur-matches box with hinged lid and a silver filigree toll each side with an applied letter ABSTND, marked on base
