Maker's mark ED.T in a lozenge, France, 19th Century
The baluster fluted swirling body with a lower and upper part of matted flutes, on three tapering pad feet with cartouche terminals, shaped wooden handle, hinged conforming domed cover with scroll thumbpiece and fluted button finial and a duck beak fluted spout with applied garland, marked on base and rims
