A Dutch silver brazier with copper liner
Apparently no maker's mark, Amsterdam, 1779, also struck with later Dutch duty mark of 1795 for Haarlem and 1906-1953
Shaped circular, on three fluted tapering feet with button shaped wooden supports (one missing), garland swags in between, the everted border of the body pierced into ovals and dots, reeded rim with garlands alternated with goat's heads and cartouches, marked on base
16.5 cm. wide
gross 300 gr.
