A mahogany Carlton House desk, 19th century
the U-shaped superstructure centred by three drawers flanked by curved doors and three further arched pigeon holes above a slide, with leather lined hinged adjustable latcheted leather lined panel writing surface, above three frieze drawers, on square fluted legs, with block feet and brass caps and castors, the metalwork apparently original -- 41½in. (105.5cm.) high, 59½in. (151cm.) wide, 34in. (86.5cm.) deep
