A Minton plate
Late 19th century, printed globe mark
Painted in the manner of Antonin Boullemier with a fairy holding a bloom in grassland, within a rectangular gilt cartouche on a oeil-de-perdrix ground within a berried laurel roundels, the border painted with scattered sprigs between blue line and meandering gilt bands (light rubbing)
9 5/8 in. (23.1 cm.) diam.
