A SILVER PAIR CASED VERGE POCKET WATCH WITH INDEPENDENT ORDER OF ODD FELLOWS PAINTED DIAL
signed W. Rippon, South Shields, circa 1830.
gilt fusee movement with turned pillars, white enamel dial with Roman numerals, the centre decorated with the Arms and motto of the Odd Fellows and inscribed Independent Order of Odd Fellows Manchester Unity, halberd hands, plain pair cases, diameter 55mm., with a silver chain and order fob.
