Levels: four top, one just below top, three upper and two mid shoulder
Colour a little darker than expected - but the nose is clean. An explosion of lavendar oil and honey (botrytis?) Brioche and honeysuckle. So rich and creamy on the mid-palate but with a fabulous balancing acidity. The finish is long and crisp like a dry madeira or a fino sherry. A fascinating wine that is bound to surprise. RB.
