Ceremonial of the Coronation of His Most Sacred Majesty King George the Fourth in the Abbey of St. Peter, West-Minster. Including the Names of the Archbishops, Bishops, Peers, Knights, and Principal Officers who assisted in that Magnificent Ceremony, London: Printed by John Whittaker, 1823.
Large 2° (671 x 550mm). 52 leaves of thick paper, mounted on guards throughout, text embossed in gold, hand-coloured aquatint plates and portraits, some mounted, frontispiece bound in as plate 47. (A few plates spotted.) 19th-century dark green morocco decorated in gilt and blind, fitted brass cornerpieces, gilt edges (quite heavily scuffed). Provenance: early pencil notes identify many of the portraits. Also included are a "Westminster Hall Coronation Pass Ticket", 2 guides to the Ceremonies, in original wrappers, and a list of plates.
