The above shirt was worn by Vava (Edvaldo Izidio Neto) in the 1958 World Cup Final against Sweden. In the match played on 29th June 1958 in Stockholm, Brazil defeated Sweden 5-2, Vava scoring two goals. Vava scored a total of five goals in the 1958 tournament finishing joint third top scorer
