A LOUIS XVI PROVINCIAL ORMOLU-MOUNTED MAHOGANY AND PLUM-PUDDING MAHOGANY CONSOLE DESSERTE,
late 18th century,
the pierced galleried veined white marble top with waved short ends, above a long frieze-drawer with a 'PB' monogram escutcheon, flanked by two waved sprung drawers, on fluted turned baluster supports joined by an undertier with two concentric lozenges, on fluted turned tapering legs, previously with gallery to the back of the undertier, later handles and escutcheon
