The scrolled swan's neck pediment with central platform above a dentilled cornice and a pair of glazed panelled doors enclosing two adjustable shelves, above a serpentine secretaire-drawer enclosing a fitted interior of mahogany-lined drawers and pigeonholes, the lock fitted with a hinged panel enclosing a well with divisions, above a pair of panelled doors enclosing two short and two long drawers, on shaped bracket feet, the feet partially replaced, the exterior handles replaced, with inscription to the reverse '#2418 147'
