Designed as a two intertwined calibré-cut sapphire and old European-cut diamond hearts, centering upon an independent knife-edged and twin rose-cut diamond drop, terminating in an old-mine cut diamond, enhanced by an old mine-cut sapphire terminal, from an old European-cut diamond surmount, suspended by an old European-cut diamond bail, from a fine link neckchain, mounted in silver and gold, (center drop of later addition), circa 1900, 18 ins.
