Depicting the Triumphal procession of a Roman General marching with attendant figures carrying banners and spoils of war within a border with fruit, flowers, foliage with scallop shells, birds and putti, the lower section rewoven, with wear and tear, the lower border added within a later brown outer border, water damaged and stained
